Today, on Europe Day, the German Ambassador to Estonia, Mrs. Christiane Hohmann, visited our school and delivered a lecture to our students. At the meeting with the 11th graders, the Ambassador reminded the students of the basic principles of the formation of the European Union, decision-making on issues regarding life in the EU countries, touched on the current agenda and the challenges that it presents, answered students' questions related to studying in Germany, the present and future of the German language, life in modern Germany, and also revealed to the students some details of the work of a diplomat, comparing them with the tasks solved by politicians.
